Printing Help Page
This website, like many you have visited, uses a layout format called "Frames."  For instance, the top bar, the side bar, and THIS page body are all separate frames.  This style is used because it provides a nice looking, well-ordered website that is easy to navigate.  Unfortunately, since each "frame" is interpreted by your computer's web browser as a separate page, printing pages from a frame-style website can be confusing, and can waste a lot of paper unnecessarily.  Were you to just print this page, for example, your printer would spit out essentially blank, separate pages for the top bar and side bar, and may or may not print the entire desired page body.  Here are some generic Windows instructions to print what you want from our site:

1.  "Right-click" in the page body you wish to print (i.e. this page body, as opposed to the top or side bars)
2.  Select "print" from the menu that opens up.
3.  When the printer window opens, click the "Options" tab at the top of the printer window, and check the box or dot that says "Only the Selected Frame."
4.  Next, click the "General" tab, also at the top of the printer window, and make sure that "ALL" is selected in the "page range" box.
5.  Click "Print" at the bottom of the printer window.  You should be printing the report successfully.

Note:  If you have trouble printing this way, you can always copy and paste the desired text into a word processor document, and print it from there.  Follow the directions provided in your particular software.
